Other Ways to Save
We know that many people may not qualify for our assistance programs. But they may still not be able to afford their prescription medicines. One way to save is to join a discount card program. Many companies and groups - like AARP - offer these cards. Ask your pharmacist about these programs.
Another way you may also be able to save is if you shop around for the best price for your medicine. There can be big differences in price among pharmacies. If you ask, your pharmacist may match the lowest price that you could get elsewhere. Just because a pharmacy has the best price for one product doesn't mean it has the best price for all of them. You may save a lot of money with a few phone calls.
